STEP I

Review our Remote Branch Manager and Loan Officer Requirements.

1. At least 21 years of age
2. Minimum 6 months mortgage industry experience for Loan Officers.
3. Minimum 1 year for Branch Managers
4. Be able to pass a background check. Become Licensed where states require.

If you meet our qualifications above and feel you would be a good candidate to become part of our rapidly growing family of Independent Loan Officers, then please proceed to the next step.

STEP II

Upon completing the checklist and gathering the required information, select the links on the following column to download the forms. Please fill out and fax to:

These first two steps are mandatory for completing first part your Affiliate Branch/Loan Officer application. Please ensure you provide accurate information so that your application may be processed as quickly as possible.

Upon receiving your signed and completed applications, we will review and verify the information that have you provided to us. After we finish processing the application, we will inform you of our decision.

Once you are approved, we will email further instructions on how to obtain the remaining documents needed to complete your branch approval.
